Regular order: An order of any pre-listed product on our website in a regular size/fit.

Pre-orders: Orders placed through our Pre Launch campaigns. By pre-ordering, you get products at a discounted price and be the first to own them.

Custom/Bespoke: We can make literally any type of product custom-made for you. You can share references and describe your product, and our team will craft it.

You can ask for order cancellation or a change within 2 days of placing the order. If the order is dispatched, you will have to accept it and then return it for a refund or exchange.

• Incorrect billing address: Make sure the billing address matches your payment method.
• Credit card limit reached: You may have reached your daily limit. Try entering a new credit card.
• Card Expired: Make sure your credit or debit card is not expired.

Prime products: Ready in stock and shipped the next day.

Non-prime products: Made to order and shipped within 5-10 business days.

Custom orders: Usually dispatched within 3-4 weeks (made-to-measure) or 5-12 weeks (bespoke).

We ship through Express Deliveries to almost all countries. All orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). Any charges incurred at customs are the buyer's responsibility.

You can return or exchange Regular Orders within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Personalized or customized products may not be returned for a refund or exchange under any circumstances.

• Remove dust with a soft brush.
• Clean using a solution of distilled water and neutral soap using a damp cloth.
• Wipe off excess water quickly and dry with a clean towel.
• Hang to dry naturally. Never use a dryer or direct heat.
• For deep cleaning, always take it to a leather specialist.

Use a breathable garment bag (avoid plastic). Use padded or wooden hangers to retain shape. Always store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
